  • LOCATION: WANTIRNA
  • QUALIFICATION: Previous Customer Service Experience Necessary
  • HOURS: Full Time | Mon-Fri 8:30 am – 4:45 pm
  • REMUNERATION: $60K-$65K

ANL Lighting has been in the lighting industry for over 33 years, distributing lamps, light fittings and lighting accessories to Wholesalers & Retailers who distribute to Electricians, Architects and Lighting Designers across Australia. We are seeking 2 highly capable all-rounders to fill customer service positions in our Wantirna office.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls and email enquiries
  • Answering detailed questions and service questions
  • Identifying and successfully fulfilling customer needs
  • Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Generating quotes, orders & sales returns
  • Making detailed notes & maintain records kept in our CRM
  • A range of administration duties as required

The suitable candidate will be:

  • An active, friendly attitude & ability to multi-task
  • Efficiency taking messages
  • Well-spoken and professional phone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and presentation
  • Outstanding computer skills
  • Ability to work well in a group
  • Lighting experience preferred
  • You will have experience working in a professional services environment with previous Customer Service Experience.
  • You will enjoy working as part of a team environment where your reliable, flexible and proactive approach will see you being an integral part of our team.
