Customer Service Officer
- LOCATION: WANTIRNA
- QUALIFICATION: Previous Customer Service Experience Necessary
- HOURS: Full Time | Mon-Fri 8:30 am – 4:45 pm
- REMUNERATION: $60K-$65K
ANL Lighting has been in the lighting industry for over 33 years, distributing lamps, light fittings and lighting accessories to Wholesalers & Retailers who distribute to Electricians, Architects and Lighting Designers across Australia. We are seeking 2 highly capable all-rounders to fill customer service positions in our Wantirna office.
Responsibilities:
- Managing large amounts of incoming calls and email enquiries
- Answering detailed questions and service questions
- Identifying and successfully fulfilling customer needs
- Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Generating quotes, orders & sales returns
- Making detailed notes & maintain records kept in our CRM
- A range of administration duties as required
The suitable candidate will be:
- An active, friendly attitude & ability to multi-task
- Efficiency taking messages
- Well-spoken and professional phone manner
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation
- Outstanding computer skills
- Ability to work well in a group
- Lighting experience preferred
- You will have experience working in a professional services environment with previous Customer Service Experience.
- You will enjoy working as part of a team environment where your reliable, flexible and proactive approach will see you being an integral part of our team.
